Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Grab a pizza pan or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and set aside.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch circle. If you're using a baking sheet, roll the dough into a rectangle or square about 12 inches wide.
Transfer the pizza dough to the pizza pan or baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the crust has set up and is no longer doughy. (You're only par-baking it for now.)
Carefully remove the pan from the oven and spread the alfredo sauce over the dough to within ½ inch of the edge. Sspread the bacon and chicken evenly over the sauce. Then, sprinkle the mozzarella all over the pizza. (If desired, brush the crust with olive oil to help it get crispy and browned.)
Return to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven, cut it into 8 slices, sprinkle with parsley (if desired), and serve warm.
