Add lemonade, water, and gelatin to a small saucepan. Whisk together and let rest for 3 minutes until the froth starts to go away.
Place saucepan over low heat. Whisk mixture constantly until it's just about to start simmering.
Remove from heat and champagne and vodka. Whisk to combine.
Pour the jello mixture into twelve 2-ounce plastic cups (with lids off) until just under the lip of the cup.
Transfer to the fridge to chill for 3 hours or until jello is set. Top with gold and silver sprinkles for a festive look before serving.
Notes
Depending on the lemonade you use, you may need to adjust the sweetness level of these shots. Add 1 tablespoon of simple syrup to the final jello mixture and mix. Taste and add more as needed until you reach your desired level of sweetness.
