A delightfully sweet and tart Frozen Raspberry Daiquiri is the ideal way to enjoy a hot summer day with friends! Make a big batch to share!

Ingredients

cups
frozen raspberries
(see note)

cup
powdered sugar

silver rum

limes
juiced
Raspberries
for garnish
Lime wedges
for garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. (You may need to pause and stir once to help things along.)
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
I usually buy a 24-ounce bag of frozen raspberries and save the extras for another day. You could also double this recipe and use the whole bag.
If you prefer a less boozy cocktail, you can cut the rum in half and 3 ounces use water, juice, simple syrup, etc. instead.
