Golden Oreo cookies
(NOT double stuffed)

tablespoons
milk

teaspoon
granulated sugar

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
Add the Oreo cookies to a food processor and blend until fine crumbs form. (You could also crush them in a Ziploc bag with a rolling pin.)
Add the Oreo crumbs to a 6-ounce (or larger) mug and mix in the sugar and baking powder with a fork.
Pour in the milk and mix again. Then stir in the sprinkles.
Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
Remove and let cool for 2-3 minutes. You can enjoy this mug cake plain or add some vanilla frosting, powdered sugar, or whipped cream on top.
