Classic Mojito Recipe
This is the classic mojito recipe we made on repeat behind the bar. Fresh mint, lime, simple syrup, and white rum. Ready in 5 minutes.

mint leaves
stems removed
1
lime
cut into wedges (or 1 ounce of fresh lime juice)
½
ounce
simple syrup
2
ounces
white rum
Ice
Club soda
Mint sprig
for garnish
Instructions
Add the mint, lime wedges, and simple syrup to a tall glass. Muddle together just enough to release the lime juice and mint oils.
Pour in the rum and fill the glass with ice. Top with club soda and give everything a stir.
Garnish with a mint spring and lime wheel. Serve immediately.
Notes
Natural sweeteners like honey, agave syrup, and stevia can be substituted
for simple syrup if desired.
