Instructions
Fill a tall glass with
ice
.
Pour in
1 ½ ounces vodka
,
3 ounces cranberry juice
, and
3 ounces pineapple juice
. Gently stir with a bar spoon.
Garnish with
1 lime wheel
on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use cranberry juice cocktail for a sweeter drink, or 100% cranberry juice if you prefer it more tart.
Fresh pineapple juice works great. It's less sweet than canned, so add a small splash of simple syrup if needed.
Always squeeze the lime into the glass before serving. It sharpens the fruit flavors without overpowering them.
To make a pitcher, multiply the vodka and juices by the number of servings and refrigerate. Add ice to individual glasses at serving time.
