Place the metal trivet inside the Instant Pot and pour the water into the bottom of the pot.
Make a foil boat around the bottom of the ham. (This will keep juices in.) Place the foil boat and ham onto the trivet. Discard the glaze packet that came with the ham.
In a small bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, honey, and brown sugar. Pour all over the ham getting it in between each slice as much as possible.
lock the Instant Pot lid in place and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure (manual setting) for 20 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, carefully quick release the pressure. Remove the ham from the foil boat and set it aside on a serving platter.
Reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking juices from the foil boat and discard the rest. (Unless you want to make ham gravy from it, yum!) Remove the trivet from the pot - it's hot so be careful.
Add the cooking juices, sugar, garlic powder, cinnamon, and paprika to the Instant Pot. Cook on the saute setting, stirring constantly, until thickened. Drizzle over the ham and then serve warm.
