Line the cups of a mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners. Set aside.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted. (It take about 2 minutes total.)
Mix the peanut butter into the melted chocolate. Then add 1 3/4 cups marshmallows, 6 tablespoons chopped almonds, and 1/2 cup chopped pretzels (half of each add-in). Stir to combine.
Spoon the mixture into the cupcake liners. Tap the pan on the counter to even out the bites. Then sprinkle the tops with the remaining marshmallows, almonds, and pretzels.
Let the bites sit until the chocolate has hardened, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days on the counter or 2 weeks in the fridge.
Notes
You can swap out the almonds for chopped pecans or walnuts if desired.Set up the bites quickly by popping the pan into the fridge or freezer.
