Fresh parsley or cilantrofinely chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, dried basil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder together in a bowl.
Pour the marinade into a gallon-size Ziploc bag and add in the chicken wings. Seal the bag and rub the marinade all over the wings. Marinate for at least 1 hour to overnight in the fridge.
Preheat the air fryer and basket to 400 degrees F and Line the bottom and sides of the air fryer basket with aluminum foil to create a bowl. (Add the aluminum foil after the air fryer has been preheated, but be careful as it will be hot!)
Pour everything in the Ziploc bag into the makeshift foil bowl and cook for 15 minutes. Then flip over wings and cook for another 8 minutes.
Once the chicken’s internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F, remove the wings from the air fryer. Serve warm sprinkled with chopped parsley or cilantro if desired.
