Champagne Jello Shots are a fizzy, refreshing party shot that is perfect for ringing in the New Year or celebrating with friends!

Ingredients

cup
sparkling lemonade
(or regular)
½
cup
water
2
envelopes
unflavored gelatin powder
¾
cup
brut champagne
or prosecco)
¼
cup
vodka
regular or lemon-flavored
Silver and gold sprinkles
optional
Instructions
Add lemonade, water, and gelatin to a small saucepan. Whisk together and let rest for 3 minutes until the froth starts to go away.
Place saucepan over low heat. Whisk mixture constantly until it's just about to start simmering.
Remove from heat and champagne and vodka. Whisk to combine.
Pour the jello mixture into twelve 2-ounce plastic cups (with lids off) until just under the lip of the cup.
Transfer to the fridge to chill for 3 hours or until jello is set. Top with gold and silver sprinkles for a festive look before serving.
