Sgroppino Italian Cocktails are made for summer. Crazy easy to whip up and so light and fresh they'll be making a regular appearance on your bar!

Ingredients

ounces
prosecco
chilled
1
ounce
vodka
⅓
cup
Open Nature Lemon Sorbet
(1 scoop)
Fresh mint leaves
(optional)
Instructions
Pour prosecco and vodka to a champagne flute, coupe glass, or wine glass. (Make sure the glass is at least 6 to 8 ounces.)
Carefully add a scoop of sorbet to the glass. Add a mint sprig or sprinkle chopped mint on top.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Traditionally this cocktail is made with lemon sorbet, but you can use whatever fruit-flavored sorbet you like.
