Add red hots candies and vodka to a 1-pint mason jar. Cover with lids and close tightly. Give a shake. Allow the vodka to sit for 24 hours, shaking the jar 3-4 times, or until the red hots have completely dissolved.
Martini
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full of ice. Add the chocolate vodka, red hots infused vodka, half-n-half, and chocolate syrup. Close shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into 2 martinis glasses. Serve immediately
Notes
If you want to dress up your glasses, drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass before pouring in the cocktail. Pour into the center of the glass to preserve the syrup on the sides. A thicker chocolate syrup like Ghiradelli premium chocolate sauce works best for this.
You can use whatever brand red hots cinnamon candies you can find. DO NOT use Hot Tamales candies. They have a gummy center that will not dissolve and it'll make your vodka all weird.
