Whipped Cream:
In a large mixing bowl, beat together heavy cream, sugar, and rum until medium peaks form.
Fluff:
Add the marshmallows to your whipped cream, and stir to combine.
Pour in the raisins, nuts, and nutmeg.Stir until evenly combined.
Transfer fluff to a serving bowl (or individual dessert bowls) and top with a sprinkle of nuts and a few raisins.
Notes
If you want to kick things up a notch, use rum soaked raisins instead! Place your raisins in an air tight container and cover with 3 ounces of spiced rum. Cover and let sit overnight, shaking occasionally. Drain off the rum (reserving 1 ounce for the shipped cream), and use the rum soaked raisins in your fluff. Be careful! When you bite into these little guys in the fluff, they'll kick your ass. :)
