This recipe was super easy to follow and the bread tuned out to tasty. Nice and soft in the middle with a crispy crust. My only complaint is that it falls apart really easily, when I cut into it the crust just flakes right off. It also collapsed in the middle while baking which was a little disappointing but that probably my fault. It made the house smell great when my partner came home from working heard him say “it smells amazing in here!” Perfect Valentine’s Day gift.
